This panel is used to make adjustments to the building.
Definitions
- Corridor width - sets the corridor width
- Wrap levels - sets the number of building levels wrapping a garage OR unparked levels
- Podium levels - sets the number of building levels above the parking garage
- Line garage - If enabled, podium buildings will have liner units, and wrap buildings will force-wrap the garage (if not dimensionally constrained by the site). Garage placement will be affected when locating the garage with line garage enabled.
- Floor to floor height - Set the global floor to floor height (affects facade takeoffs and courtyard aspect ratio)
- Courtyard aspect ratio - set the minimum courtyard width for a given building height (See diagrams below)
- Common area - Must have the following disabled to toggle off common space: Fire Walls, Stairs, Units, and Spaces
- Efficiency - Efficiency will be driven by this number rather than calculated. Must have the following disabled to use a user-given efficiency: Fire Walls, Stairs, Units, and Spaces
How to adjust the corridor:
Click the + / - icons or select the number and enter new corridor width.
How to adjust the number of wrap levels:
Click the + / - icons or select the number and enter number of wrap levels.
How to adjust the number of podium levels:
Click the + / - icons or select the number and enter number of podium levels.
How to line the garage with units:
Click enable or disable.
How to enable orthographic mode:
Click enable or disable.
Examples of courtyard aspect ratio. If the building is 100' tall and we set courtyard aspect ratio to 0.5 then we are allowing a minimum courtyard dimension of 50'
