How do I add a grade easement to a site?

A percentage threshold now flags terrain too steep to build on and highlights it directly in canvas, either persistently via toggle or on hover.

To add a grade easement, activate the grade easement tool.

Next, adjust the grade to capture the area for the grade easement. Note, the grade easement will prevent any solve within the boundary.

Select "Create # Easements" to generate grade easements.

The grade easements will appear under the Sites tab as easements and can be renamed as needed.
