How do I factor Predominant Wind Into my Data Center Site?

Wind Rose allows you to align the yards of your Data Center Sites to a predominant wind direction

Should you need to align your data center yards to a specific wind direction follow these steps:

  1. With the Data Center layer selected, click the Draw button associated to the Row axis

  2. Either:
    1. Hover your mouse over the wind rose compass in the botton right corner of the canvas area and click when the yards are aligned as you desire.

    2. Click anywhere in Canvas and draw the desired alignment of the datacenter/yards.

  • Information is based on 15 year historical average of predominant wind direction.
