TestFit Release - 5.14 - New Way to Create a Deal & Site-Specific Reports
General Updates
Perform Massing Studies Before Locking a Site
We've improved the experience for creating new deals so you can study a site before using a credit in TestFit Site Solver. Test massing, explore site constraints, and preview different presets first—then lock the area once you’re ready to refine your design in more detail. It’s a more flexible, low-risk way to start every project.
With this update, site credits are now universal. One credit now gives you access to all typologies, so you can explore more project types with the same subscription.
Visualize and Compare Schemes in Reports
You can now add 3D views and set each view and stat card to specific schemes and sites directly in your reports, making it easier to understand design options and communicate findings. Quickly generate high-level reports with multiple schemes side by side for faster, clearer decision-making.
Define Building Setbacks with More Precision
You can now separate building setbacks from landscape setbacks for greater control.
This added layer of detail lets you fine-tune buildable areas, maintain zoning compliance, and adjust open space or landscape zones independently.
