Urban Planner & Data Maps
If you are utilizing either Urban Planner or Data Maps, you will only have access to the presets seen below:
It's very common to start a site with one of the following presets:
- Surface Parking
- Park
- Impervious
Once the site is created with one of those base layers, a Region or a Space can be applied.
You can create unlimited deals with these massing presets. Take a look at this article for a detailed walkthrough on adding spaces to your site.
Site Solver
You have the same mass based capabilities as seen above, until a Premium Preset is applied to a site or region. You will then be prompted to use a credit.
The premium presets contain high detail attributes that allow for a more granular solve.
