Once regions have been created within a site there are two ways to apply/change the preset. Both are accomplished by selecting the Preset Selector icon
Nav-Tree
At the end of the regions layer is the preset selector icon, click it to expose the preset selection dialog box.
In Canvas
The same button can be found in the corner of each region on your site. Click it to expose the same dialog box.
