Default Tabulation Formulas
The formulas that are used in the tabulation output
- FAR (Floor Area Ratio) = Gross SF / Site Area
- Efficiency = NRSF / Gross SF
- NRSF or NRM (Net Rentable Square Feet or Net Rentable Square Meters) = TOTAL UNIT AREA + Balcony (only if toggled on)
- GROSS CONDITIONED SF = NRSF + COMMON + STAIR + LIFTS + AMENITY + BOH (basically everything with air conditioning)
- COMMON = Corridor area (including area leading up to stairs or lifts)
- STAIR = Area of the stairs
- LIFTS = Area of the lifts (or commonly referred to as elevators)
- AMENITY = Area of amenity (this is the default space name)
- BOH = Back of house (not implemented yet)
- UNALLOCATED = Areas that could be considered NRSF, but the solver failed to place NRSF there
- GROSS = GROSS CONDITIONED SF + EXTERNAL
- EXTERNAL = GARAGE GROSS AREA + BALCONY AREA
- DU/AC (DU/HA) = Dwelling Units per Acre (or Hectare)
