Create and compare simple yield on cost models within TestFit.

A site can have multiple proformas depending on varying assumptions.

Create a Proforma

To create a proforma you'll select the site you want to create a proforma for in the Navigation tree, then go to Proforma in the properties panel below. From here, you can either change the values directly in the properties panel, or you can go to the Proforma Database > edit proforma  which will bring you into the Proforma Editor, where you can see the detailed deal information. Once you're done editing the proforma, you'll want to rename your proforma and hit save locally.
