Manipulating Buildings

After choosing your presets, you can further refine your building with dynamic units that responsively change in size as well as building your own unit library and manually shaping the entire layout.

Input Panels

Once you have an initial site, you can manipulate it by adjusting the parameters in the input panel.

To see the parameters available in the input panel, select the Building layer in the Navigation Tree. You'll then see the input panel populate.

Unit Editors

You can also adjust a residential building, by changing the units that TestFit is placing in the High or Low Density Unit Editor.

Manual Mode

Manual Mode allows you to modify the geometry generated by TestFit by converting it into an editable skeleton.
