How Do I Reset My Password?
There are two ways to reset your password.
- Hit Forgot password when signing it to TestFit
- Have your User Admin trigger a reset from the portal
Forgot Password
You can trigger the reset email when you sign in to TestFit by hitting forgot password.
From your Account Settings
If a temporary password was provided to you, log into your account in a browser, and from the letter in the top right corner click Account Settings
Follow the on-screen instructions from the RESET PASSWORD button

Using the portal
A User Admin can also:
- Log in to app.testfit.io,
- Go to Admin Tools > Users
- Click the ellipses next to the user
- Click "Details"
- Click the Rest Password button
