How Do I Reset My Password?

There are two ways to reset your password.

1. Hit Forgot password when signing it to TestFit
2. Have your User Admin trigger a reset from the portal

Forgot Password

You can trigger the reset email when you sign in to TestFit by hitting forgot password.

Using the portal

A User Admin can also:

1. Log in to app.testfit.io,
2. Go to Admin Tools > Users
3. Click the ellipses next to the user
4. Click "Details"
5. Click the Rest Password button
