What are the Higher Density Parking Shapes?

An overview of the different parking types that are included within the Higher Density configurator (Surface & Structured Parking Layers).

There are seven types of parking shapes for High Density & Gurban buildings:

  1. Fill - Fills the entire site with the defined parking type. Typically set and used as the default option. 
  2. Free - Allows you to manually draw the shape of the desired parking.
  3. Offset - DO NOT USE - Will be removed in a future release
  4. Rectangular fill - (Surface Parking & Structured Parking preset only) Allows specification of a percentage of coverage. 
  5. In Warehouse - DO NOT USE - Will be removed in a future release
  6. Expanding Rect. - (Found only in presets with multifamily units, except Gurban) Forces the parking layout into a stretchable rectangle.  
  7. Automass - DO NOT USE - Will be removed in a future release
