How to Add Markups to Reports

Quickly add sticky notes, highlight with markers, insert text annotations, resize images, and easily copy and paste elements—all in one streamlined workflow.

To Navigate to Reports, select Open in Web in the desktop application



or select Open in Browser by clicking on the ellipsis beside the deal in the Deal Pipeline.

Reports will be the default view in the browser.

Once Reports is open, navigate to the desired Scheme and Site combination.

Next, scroll down to select the Section and Sheet to markup. By default, the markup functionality will be turned on indicated by the orange outline surrounding the sheet.

To add markups, select the desired tool from the markup tool panel.

Tools include the following: Reset Image, Apply All Statistics, Deal Statistics, Select, Hand, Draw, Eraser, Text, Note, Highlight, and Laser.

Additional settings for the tools can be found in the upper righthand corner of the sheet.

Alignment tools can be found in the upper left.

Zoom settings can be found in the lower left.

To adjust Preferences, select the Menu button.

To adjust the size of the view image, simply select the image, and drag to new size.

Note, images can also be cropped.

To exit the markup functionality, simply click on the "x" button beside the sheet name.

Once all markups have been added to the report, share the deal via the Share Deal link or Download PDF.
