Managing Licenses

Licenses allow users access to the TestFit application. License Admins can assign or remove licenses from users in their organization.

NOTE: License Admins also need to be User Admins.


Assigning Licenses

To assign someone a license, click on Users under Admin Tools in the Navigation Menu, then look for the user you want to assign a license. Click on the ellipses, and hit "Assign License"

NOTE: If there is a check mark in the Licensed column, they already have a license.

Removing Licenses

To remove a license, click on the ellipses next to the user's name and select "Remove License".

NOTE: This only removes access to the TestFit application. Users in your organization can still have access to files stored in the portal depending on their permission status.
