      Pin a Layer/Building/Region

      To keep a layer/building/region in place when editing a site, Pin it in place.

      Pin a layer/building/region

      Industrial building/Garden home/Townhouse regions can all be pinned in place. This allows for modifications to a site without disrupting the current layout.

      Pinning

      Follow these steps to pin a site in place (Garden Homes):

      1. Adjust the properties of your site (Parking ratio, buffers, setbacks, etc.) to the necessary requirements.
      2. Select the Garden Housing layer in the Nav-Tree (or select a garden unit in Canvas) 
      3. Right click any garden unit and select Pin All.
      4. A red M will appear in the Nav-Tree indicating the layer has been pinned.  

      Removing a Pin

      to remove a pinned building, simply click the red M in the Nav-Tree.
