A site can have multiple yield models depending on varying assumptions and use of Schemes.
Create a Yield Model
To create a yield model you'll select the site you want to create a proforma for in the Navigation tree, then go to Yield Estimator in the properties panel below. From here, you can either change the values directly in the properties panel, or you can go to the Yield Models Library > edit yield model which will bring you into the Yield Estimator Editor, where you can see the detailed deal information. Once you're done editing the yield model, you'll want to rename your yield model and hit save to Cloud.
