Quantity takeoffs (QTO) tabulate elements that TestFit generates including square footage, unit counts, parking count, and more.
Each quantity can be utilized in the Cost Model to create accurate conceptual estimates for each site and scheme that you create in TestFit.
The QTO tables along with the Cost Model tables can also be exported to CSV file for further analysis.
To access the QTO, log into your online account, select the specific deal from the Pipeline, and view the deal.
Once the viewer is open, expand the Site Overview dropdown menu and select Quantity Takeoff.
The Quantity Takeoff will open. Deal phases can then be expanded by selecting the arrow.
Once the selected phase is expanded, basis types can be selected and added to the Cost Model By clicking on the $ icon.
