Share deals with internal team members and with individuals outside your organization
When looking at a 3D deal in the pipeline you have two options, Share Deal and Download Deal.
Download Deal
Click this link to download the .rsd file locally on your machine for editing (if you have the authorized permissions)
Share Deal
Click the Share Deal button to share your deal with someone via email by typing/pasting their email address in the indicated location.
Toggle the Share link switch, and click the Click to copy URL button to send a viewable link to anyone regardless of their affiliation with your organization (ie. clients, owners, etc.). The recipient will be able to see your deal in 3D and the site information/tabulation, but won't be able to make any modifications or be able to download the deal.
