Resource Permission Levels

Resource permissions allow organizations to control access to data. Ensuring it is shared or hidden as needed.

These permissions are managed by resource administrators and are divided into four levels: ManagerEditorReader, and Restricted.


Manager

Users with Manager permissions can share content and control access for other users.
  • Pipeline Level: Full control over pipeline permissions.
  • Deal Level: Manage deal permissions and access to assets.
  • Asset Level: Manage file permissions for specific assets.

Editor

Users with Editor permissions can modify content but cannot manage access for others.
  • Pipeline Level: Edit pipeline details and content.
  • Deal Level: Edit project-related permissions within a deal.
  • Asset Level: Edit assets, including modifying files.

Reader

Users with Reader permissions can view content but cannot make changes.

  • Pipeline Level: Read-only access to pipeline data.
  • Deal Level: Read-only access to deals and their details.
  • Asset Level: Read-only access to specific assets.

Restricted

Users with Restricted permissions cannot view or access the content, effectively hiding it from them.
