Resource permissions allow organizations to control access to data. Ensuring it is shared or hidden as needed.
These permissions are managed by resource administrators and are divided into four levels: Manager, Editor, Reader, and Restricted.
Manager
Users with Manager permissions can share content and control access for other users.
- Pipeline Level: Full control over pipeline permissions.
- Deal Level: Manage deal permissions and access to assets.
- Asset Level: Manage file permissions for specific assets.
Editor
Users with Editor permissions can modify content but cannot manage access for others.
- Pipeline Level: Edit pipeline details and content.
- Deal Level: Edit project-related permissions within a deal.
- Asset Level: Edit assets, including modifying files.
Reader
Users with Reader permissions can view content but cannot make changes.
- Pipeline Level: Read-only access to pipeline data.
- Deal Level: Read-only access to deals and their details.
- Asset Level: Read-only access to specific assets.
Restricted
Users with Restricted permissions cannot view or access the content, effectively hiding it from them.
