Highlights

  • TestFit Generative Design:
We are excited to announce a major upgrade to TestFit with our new product, TestFit Generative Design. This powerful tool allows you to:
    • Rapid Solve Generation: Create thousands of design solutions within seconds, boosting efficiency and creativity.
    • Comprehensive Data Integration: Seamlessly pull data from web-based deals and presets, and local presets to enrich your solve list and designs.
    • Dynamic Variation: Automatically vary parameters and building locations to explore different solve variations tailored to your needs.
    • Targeted Filtering: Filter results to align with your specific goals, ensuring you achieve the best possible outcomes.
    • Metric-Based Sorting: Sort solutions based on your most important metrics, prioritizing what matters most to your projects.
    • Iterative Design Process: Generatively iterate on your site designs, incorporating easements and roads effortlessly.
    • Regenerate Similar Solves: Select a preferred solve and regenerate similar solves to refine and perfect your design approach.
    • Manual Configuration: Manually configure the site to incorporate your expert design knowledge and unique insights.

This feature empowers you to design with unprecedented speed and flexibility, integrating generative and manual approaches to achieve the optimal solution for any project.
  • Data Centers: TestFit can now quickly and accurately determine the feasibility of Data Centers with the ability to calculate energy requirements, benchmark against electrical availability, tabulate data hall and yard sizes as well as plan for multi-level developments. It has never been faster to iterate data center developments.
  • Additional Satellite View: A new satellite view is now available in TestFit, offering more up-to-date imagery and enhancing insight into your site. While it has a lower resolution than the existing view, users can easily toggle between both views to access the most current and detailed visual information for informed decision-making. This new view is provided by ESRI.
  •  Hover previews for sites now also show previews of tabulation data.
  •  Improved parking layout, particularly for drive aisles connecting distinct logical parking lots.
