TestFit Release - 5.25.0 - Financial Filters, Custom Garage Spaces, and Parcel Editor

General Updates
In-App Guided Tips
Ask the connected assistant for tips along the way and guidance appears in the TestFit window as pop ups tied to the operation being attempted. Each pop up explains the step required to move forward.
Mixed Use and Parking Updates
Spaces in Garages - Knowledgebase Article
Custom spaces inside a garage are defined with the standard space drawing tools, so shape, dimensions, and level assignment are set by the user rather than inherited from whatever geometry infill produces
Housing Updates
Pro Forma in Generative Design - Knowledgebase Article coming soon!
Every solve in a generative design set now carries its own full Pro Forma. Set a minimum, maximum, or range on any line item and the set narrows to the schemes that clear the number.
Parcel Editor - Knowledgebase Article
With the Parcel Editor you can define a typical parcel from the ground up, including the buildings, structures, and site elements it contains: a primary residence, an ADU, a custom driveway, or accessory structures.
Manual Cul-de-sac Placement - Knowledgebase Article
Turnarounds can be placed at any terminal point in the drive network, with the width set by the planner. Each one is placed and sized directly, without editing the road network or giving up the solved layout.
Desktop Details:
- Reorganized the preferences panel into tabs, with search and hover hints, and made all preferences available on the welcome screen.
- The Generative Design pin button next to each parameter now reads Pin Parameter and uses a single-diamond icon.
- Added a parking ratio input to the Townhouses panel.
- MCP can now start a new deal, rename sites, list and assign road libraries, read and set floor to floor height, and add drive anchor, access, verticals, and units layers.

- Fixed the unit mix resetting when the garden library changes.

Reported Issues & Bug Fixes:
Bugfixes
- Pro forma data could silently attach to the wrong site/scheme when a deal's floor plan was reprocessed — fixed with a reconciliation step.
- New deals weren't getting a starter pro forma until someone manually opened one — now created automatically.
- Credit top-up purchases weren't actually charging customers (pointed at a $0 internal item) — fixed on both backend and frontend so the correct $500/$800 charges apply.
- Deal search was slow — a database index had drifted out of sync and was fixed
- Report Builder's statistics card could visually overflow its box on some screen resolutions — fixed
- The pricing page showed outdated "starting at" prices for Site Solver plans — corrected to match testfit.io/pricing.
- Restored a broken Sentry error log connection for our floor-plan engine, so support can see engine crash details again.
Security/Maintenance
- Patched a couple of flagged open-source library vulnerabilities (dependency updates, no user-facing change).
- Cleared several high-severity dependency audit findings.
- Various routine version bumps and test-suite hygiene fixes (not customer-facing).
