TestFit Release - 5.5 - Automatic Quantity Takeoffs

General Updates

New: Get Automatic Quantity Takeoffs

Expanding from last release for cost model, we’ve added a new quantity takeoffs (QTO) tabulation for all elements that TestFit generates including square footage, unit counts, parking count, and more.

Each quantity can be utilized in the Cost Model to create accurate conceptual estimates for each site and scheme that you create in TestFit. The QTO tables along with the Cost Model tables can also be exported to CSV file for further analysis.

Analyze Cut and Fill for Retention Ponds

Adding onto our cut and fill ability, you can now set a max depth and a max slope for ponds and get a pond volume under the earthwork section of the tabulations.

See Your Dimensions Stay on Canvas

Dimensions and areas created from our Measurements Tool will now stay in canvas, so you can easily edit them as needed.

Switch Low Detail Parking Types

For mass-based low detail parking, you can now switch between surface parking or structured parking with a toggle.

Export Parking Details to DXF

The linework, styling, and names of custom parking stalls are now included in DXF exports to better facilitate downstream usage of your TestFit models.
