Issue
Cause
This happens because the space you are adding has a different parking ratio when compared to the industrial space, or in the case of conditioned/unconditioned spaces, don't have a parking ratio associated.
As you add more of these spaces, the parking ratio for the building changes and TestFit resolves the parking and building accordingly.

Solution
If you don't want this to happen, you can set the parking ratio of the space to match the rest of the building, or in the case of spaces with no assigned ratio, use office or retail as the type, then rename the space to conditioned/unconditioned.
