Issue: Garages are placed within easements

In some configurators, garages will get placed in easements, while apartment units will not.

Cause:

Garages don't recognize the easement.

Solution:

There are a couple of workarounds for this issue.

  1. Move the garage in manual mode.

  2. Slice the site, and use the internal setbacks to define your no build or easement area.
