Issue: TestFit does not place single-loaded parking in a surface lot

Issue

When using the high density or massing configurators TestFit places double-loaded drive aisles instead of single-loaded. Even if you go into manual mode and modify the building, TestFit still places double-loaded parking.

Cause

Single-loaded parking can't be manually placed at this time.

Solution

You can create a single-loaded road type and use those to layout the site.
