Issue: Townhome or rowhouse does not change when the number of levels is changed.

Cause

Any edits made in manual mode will prevent you from then changing the levels of the buildings/units.

Solution

Set the levels before making any manual edits.

This issue has been logged with our Development group for a potential fix in the future.
