      Issue: TestFit fails to launch

      Issue

      When you click to launch TestFit, nothing happens

      Cause #1

      This has been know to happen if you have a docking station with an AMD video card in it

      Cause #2

      An anti-virus program is stopping TestFit from launching

      Solution #1

      Remove your machine from the docking station to see if TestFit launches

      Solution #2

      Contact your IT department and inquire about allowing TestFit to operate on your machine
