      Create an Urban Planner Account

      Steps for accessing TestFit's free planning tool.

      1. To create an account, go to https://www.testfit.io/ and select Try Free .
      2. A new browser window will open. Enter your credentials and organization data as prompted.
      3. Then, create a password for your account.
      4. You will receive a verification email to verify your account. If you do not see the email, please check your SPAM folder or whitelist the TestFit domains as outlined in this article.
      5. Upon verification, a new browser window will open directing you to your online account.
      6. You can then download and install the TestFit desktop application.
      7. Once installed, launch the application to access Urban Planner.



        Note: To Upgrade from Urban Planner to a trial of Site Solver, follow the steps outlined in this article.

        Note: Unverified Urban Planner accounts are no longer supported. You must create an account following the steps listed above.
