Apply a filter criteria either before or after your list of Solves is generated
Before you create your site you can selecting the Parking Type and Building Type in the upper portion of the Solves Tab that you would like included in your solves list.
Defining Parking Type
Select or de-select Structure, Surface, or Precast to have any combination of these parking type included.
Defining Building Type
Select the building typology that you'd like included in the list of solves. From Housing, Modular, and Hotel you can select additional parameters from the dropdown arrow
Add Filter
Either before or after you populate a solve, you can add additional filters. In the example below we've opted to generate solves with a min/max number of units of 50 to 200. 
Filter parameters include the following:
- Units
- Average Unit SF (Avg)
- Parking Ratio
- Net Rentable SF (NRSF)
- Efficiency % (EFF%)
- Height
- Floor-to-Area Ratio (FAR)
- Dwelling Unit per Acre (DU/AC)
- Impervious Coverage % (Imp CVG%)
- Stalls
- Building Coverage % (Bldg CVG%)
- Critical Power
- Parcels
Add Zoning
After Generative Design has created your list of solves you can automatically apply the Zoning Filter. This will automatically add Height, FAR, Imp CVG%, and Bldg CVG%. The maximum allowable values are being pulled in from Zoneomics.
