Under the Mass-Based typology, the Podium - Low Detail and Wrap - Low Detail presets can be assigned deal specific parameters that can generate solves onto sites.
Activate the Preset Prompt and select a preset, either the Podium - Low Detail or Wrap - Low Detail preset.
With the Multifamily layer selected in the Nav Tree, scroll down to the Property Panel. The shape type will be set to AutoMass.
The Property Panel provides the ability to adjust parameters of the mass like depth, orthographic, divide courtyards, courtyard aspect ratio, and more.
The depth of the mass adjusts the overall dimension from the front to back facade as indicated below.
Padding
The orthographic toggle turned on will constrain the solve to be orthogonal or have 90-degree edges.
The divide courtyards toggle turned on will allow the mass to create more courtyards. If it is toggled off, it will combine the courtyards into one.
The courtyard aspect ratio will set a ratio for the depth to the height of the courtyard.
