Road Flexibility and Intelligence

Roads are more flexible and automatically create complex intersections, merges and more depending on how they overlap and are shaped. Roads with curvature maintain that curvature in intersections, and user control is more precise.

Detailed Roads in Sites

Detailed roads and road databases can now be used in sites with drive networks.

Parcels and Townhomes Align Elevations

As part of continued improvements to our cut and fill tools, parcels, townhomes and their driveways now slope intelligently to adjacent drives.

Easement Improvements

Easements are now easier to create and work with. You can create easements with the path offset or draw rectangle tools and duplicate them.

Details:

• Schemes can now be renamed. Double-click a scheme's name or press the rename hotkey with it selected to rename it.
• Draw Rectangle is now the default tool when defining a free region or space.
• Right-clicking an item in the layer tree or a scheme will now open its "..." context menu.
• Added presets for hotel sites.
• Switched the default satellite imagery source from Google to Mapbox temporarily.

• Fixed manual mode changes to drives deleting manual mode changes to buildings and other elements.
• Fixed townhouse units without garages not sitting on terrain.
• Fixed additional cases of townhouses not interacting with terrain properly.
• Changed parking stall divider color in roads to light grey.
• Fixed a rare crash that could occur when copying screenshots to the clipboard on Windows.
• Fixed the Earthwork Total stats for the schemes filter graph.
• Increased Generative Design filter limits for earthwork costs.
• Fixed empty cut and fill values in the zoning report and schemes panel.
• Added an error message in the rare case where 3D topology could not be solved.
• Fixed the change axis button being occasionally hidden for low density sites.
• Fixed unparked areas of parking not being filled with pavement or grass.
• Fixed a crash that could occur when editing layers.
• Fixed solves including accesses tabulating incorrectly.
• PDF exports now default to using the active file's name.
• Fixed a crash that would occur when holding down a number key while drawing a line in a metric deal.
• Fixed parts of the UI changing colors when entering and exiting the garden editor.
• Background images are now rotated to project north when imported.
• Presets are now applied relative to project north.
• Roof toggle and floor-to-floor height are no longer incorrectly shown for vehicle layers.
