Regions, Manual Mode, and increased site sizes

New Feature: Regions

• Users can now combine multiple configurations within a single site.

  • Enables mixed-use solves featuring elements like townhomes, retail stores, parking lots, and various types of housing.

  • Empowers users to create their own mixed-use configurations.

Improved Manual Mode

• Real-time, in-canvas alterations are now available. No more wireframe!

• Changes to building massing, parking lots, and other geometry can be made live.

Increased Site Size Limit and Space Count

• The site size limit has been increased for most site types.

  • ~ 55 acres for High Density
  • ~ 65 acres for Low Density, Garden, and Mass-based
  • ~ 275 acres for industrial

• There is no longer a limit on the number of spaces on a site...the limit does not exist!

• The limit for amenity spaces in High Density has increased from 8 to 61.

In-Canvas Interactions and Navigation

• Increased the number of in-canvas interactions to reduce the need to go into panels on the side of the screen. Simply right+click  to access common commands.
